Good Restaurant and Comfortable Room

delicious breakfastclean bathroomgood sizeunhelpful staff
I was very impressed with the restaurant. Both the evening meal and the following morning's breakfast were delicious. The food and service were excellent. The evening meal's quality surprised me. My room was also restful. It was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, and the towels were a good size!
The reception staff were not particularly helpful upon arrival. It would have been nice to receive a warmer welcome. It set the tone for the start of my stay. A little more attentiveness could have made a big difference!

The room was spacious and clean, meeting my basic expectations.
The service at breakfast was slow. Buffet trays remained empty. The waitress did not provide butter with the toast initially, an oversight.

The location is convenient. The breakfast offered good variety, it included both hot and cold options. Staff members were helpful during check-in. I found the room clean upon arrival.
The room I stayed in showed signs of wear. The bathroom fixtures looked outdated! I noticed some noise from nearby rooms. It was disruptive. The television remote didn't work well, it needed new batteries.

adequate stay with dining concerns

high standard breakfastincorrect allergen listingovercooked steak
the breakfast was of a high standard.
I encountered issues during dinner. My wife has an egg allergy, the website listed allergens incorrectly. she chose a meal listed as egg-free, it contained egg after all. our steaks, ordered rare, were overcooked and tough at nearly £30 each. this experience marred the evening.
