The room was spacious and clean. That had canapes, a beautiful touch. the spa treatments were excellent, and i enjoyed one of the best massages i have ever had (a relaxing experience).

the price of dinner felt elevated, and i wondered if it reflected the setting more than the meal itself.

the suite had ample space, including a separate sitting area with comfortable seating. amenities included a large screen tv with access to streaming services and complimentary high-speed wi-fi for multiple devices. i found the bed very comfortable with high-quality linens.

Okay for football fans, maybe not for everyone

poor servicedisappointing experience

The evening meal was DISAPPOINTING. I had to ask for a discount because it really missed the mark. Then, the drinks order was messed up. It wasn't what we asked for at all. My wife booked treatments, but the first one seemed like a trainee did it, not a pro. Made us cancel the second treatment. I raised these issues at the front desk, and they apologized, but I really expected better from a hotel like this.

The hotel grounds were very well maintained. I had a compact double room. It was quite adequate and included necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the helpfulness of the staff as they provided quick assistance.
