The room was clean and spacious. I found the bed especially comfortable. the children really enjoyed the pool area. It looked well-kept. breakfast provided plentiful options, so everyone found something they liked. all staff members were friendly and helpful .

The restaurant menu seemed somewhat limited. I thought the prices were a bit high.

the fridge was absent despite assurances and this led to wasted food i didn't get to chill anything i was also disturbed by noise late into the night hotel doors slammed repeatedly , made it hard to sleep the hotel feels dated it needs updating

The reception staff was helpful upon my arrival. They quickly addressed all my questions.

My room faced the M1, and the noise was very disruptive. I found it difficult to sleep because of the constant traffic sounds. the restaurant food was not up to par (especially considering the price). I expected better quality.
