I found the staff to be very helpful. A tray for breakfast was promptly provided, and it included a lovely personal message. the breakfast had fresh and regularly replenished options. the room was also nice. the beds were so comfortable after a long day of travel.
I did notice some misinformation regarding parking. i wasn't notified about updates. I learned the hotel now charges £5 a day. this detail was unexpected.
