commendable stay near Nottingham

quiet locationtram accessfriendly staffconfusing signage
the hotel offered a quiet location a short walk from the tram station. i easily accessed Nottingham station in approximately 20 minutes via frequent tram service. a green king pub adjacent to the hotel provided convenient access to meals and drinks. all staff members demonstrated friendliness .
The absence of clear directional signage in the courtyard created some initial confusion. I found my room located upstairs and through another door, a detail not immediately evident upon arrival.

the staff i encountered exhibited a helpful demeanor. they readily accommodated my request for additional pillows and provided information about local transportation options. i found their assistance particularly efficient and appreciated their attention to detail.

The carpet had some noticeable stains. I also found the window nettings looked quite worn. These details make the place seem a bit uncared for. It's a shame because otherwise, the stay was okay.
