the room was spacious and super clean i found that quite good

the bathtub served also as a shower this was not what i expected the breakfast let me down too i arrived 30 minutes after service started and the buffet area lacked juice and butter

toni at reception arranged rooms opposite each other in the lodge for our group i LOVE that. service upon arrival felt seamless and personal ALL charges went onto our pre arranged dinner tab. dinner orders were taken in harry's bar THE staff escorted us to the dining room when our meals were ready

the staff was attentive and quick to respond to requests. breakfast was fantastic, with lots of options and fresh ingredients. i noticed the grounds were well kept and provided a tranquil setting. the location is super convenient, near the golf course.

i noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway, but it was hardly noticeable.

lovely touch prompt service delicious breakfast

I felt so welcomed . It was relaxing. the staff was helpful and showed genuine care. i especially enjoyed the complimentary toiletries provided in the bathroom, a lovely touch, and the prompt room service was much appreciated, delivering everything with a smile. the breakfast was also AMAZING!!!

the wifi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of my room, especially during peak hours.

excellent location friendly staff comfortable bed bagged linen bare walls no upgrade

The location is excellent. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The super king bed in the Lodge was large and comfortable (i slept like a log).

I found a pile of orange bagged linen by the lift. The room walls were bare and very minimalist. I asked for an upgrade but all the superior rooms were already taken (i was very disappointed).
