helpful staff breakfast variety spacious layout

I was pleased with the helpful staff, who were always available. I found the breakfast variety good. The spacious room layout allowed for easy movement.

I noticed the room needed refurbishment, especially the chipped paintwork. The dark brown furniture looked dated.

The bathroom included a large, powerful shower. I found the bathroom a good size. The location was very close to the castle and cathedral quarter. Variety of restaurants stood within easy walking distance.

Breakfast seemed a little spartan, though it sufficed.

the quilt was too small on the bed and i found the bed itchy. the music from a nearby pub kept me awake. it felt a bit like an old barrack block, really disappointing.

i visited the castle. for a concert and the location proved perfect. the staff was cute. the room was an ample size, with a good-sized bed with crisp white bedding! breakfast offered various continental options, including local stokes coffee. check-in and check-out were seamless. i had a stress-free experience.

the building was quite lovely. i found the interior design to be fantastic. the location was also good because the area is very close to major attractions.

my room did not resemble the advertised photos. the breakfast was a continental option only. it felt quite spartan.
