the premier balcony room i got was a very good value. the room was very clean and had good space. it was nice i had an iron in the room as i didn't need to call the room service for one.
the hotel looks a little tired. my room needs a decor update with a few chips and scuffs.

I found the staff very helpful with directions. The breakfast offered lovely views of the harbour. I appreciated the convenient parking. It cost £10 for 24 hours. Free WiFi was a definite plus. It allowed easy connectivity.
The room I had was slightly dark, but it was a minor issue.

The room had adjustable temperature controls. I liked the ability to set the room to my liking. Breakfast featured a wide selection. There were many choices to eat in the morning.
The lights were bad when changing nappies for my newborn at night. Turning on one bedside lamp activated all of the lights. This woke up the kids many times during the night. The hairdryer in the room also did not work. I was disappointed by the broken hairdryer.
