a perfect restaurant and restful stay
clean roomgood quality foodlovely staff
the room was amazing and clean i had dinner in the restaurant the food was good quality the reception staff gave me fruit sandwiches and juice for the next day because i left early it was lovely of them
the car park was badly lit and i had difficulty finding the entrance because it was so dark

The room was super clean. Room facilities were really good. It included Yorkshire tea and fresh milk. The hotel provided Molton Brown toiletries. Modern appliances were available, like a Bose wireless speaker.
The communication regarding the wedding arrangements was lacking. It took a while to secure an appointment, and on one occasion, the contact person forgot and did not appear. A personal apology for this oversight was missing.

The continental breakfast offered a very good choice. Fresh berries and homemade granola were included. Individual butter portions came from a local source, and smooth coffee was available.

Car parking was available on site. Reception staff were helpful. Rooms were of a good size and well maintained. I found the bed comfortable so sleep quality was good.
The noise level was bothersome. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms. TVs from other rooms competed with each other late into the night. This impacted my rest during a business stay.

The staff were very helpful indeed. I asked for my bags to be put in my room. The team were very accommodating. I enjoyed a really comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are well equipped.
The room was very dark upon my arrival. The decor was dark. The bathroom was very cold. The shower area did not look very clean, unfortunately.

The room was spacious and included bottled water. There also was a fridge.
The bathroom was very cold because the heater did not work. They only have a heater in the room. I suggest they install air conditioning, that would make the temperature in the room stable. Staff did bring me one more moveable heater after I requested it.

the room was a good size. the bed was comfortable, this ensured restful sleep. breakfast was simple and enjoyable. i found the stay good overall.
i noticed the car park was badly lit upon arrival. i struggled to find the entrance because of the darkness. i had to ask someone for directions, inconvenient.
