Breakfast was in a location I liked and it was organized well. The mattress was good, and two plump pillows were available. Not many hotels provides two pillows of this quality for the price. The location was quiet.
The room felt very dated. The bedside lights were missing a bulb and a fitting. There was black mold on the ceiling.

I appreciated the new shower installed over the bath. the staff was helpful. the curtains effectively blocked out light, contributing to a restful environment. the location offered easy access to the dunes and seashore. It was ideal for walks.
the absence of sufficient coffee and milk was a slight inconvenience. i did manage to get more after contacting the cleaner. this small detail could enhance the overall experience.

the room had a modern design, free of unnecessary clutter. bathing and relaxation facilities were certainly good. the bed felt very comfortable, and i slept well. wall heater provided warmth.

this hotel offers an excellent location near amenities. the hotel is close to the beach. restaurants, including kfc, subway, and mcdonalds, were within easy reach. cleethorpes pier was within walking distance.

the location was good. it has a pub downstairs and this is handy. there is plenty parking and it is easy to find. the staff at the pub were friendly especially nat and she was great with my little boy.
the room was very dated. bathroom has damp and mold. a skirting board were coming away from the wall. the toilet seat was not secure to the toilet.
