Located a short drive from Lincoln city centre, the hotel provides easy access to attractions, and some guests enjoyed walking to Lincoln along the tarmaced path by the dyke/canal. convenient locationsmall bathroomsloping ceilings
i appreciated the hotel's location near lincoln, making it convenient for exploring the area.
the room i stayed in felt quite dated with mismatched furniture. the bathroom was also very small with sloping ceilings , made showering difficult. it reminded me of a room from a 1970s hotel, and i don't think it was worth the price i paid.

the food was decent, i suppose.
my room seemed like a punishment. it was on the top floor, basically an attic. the window was tiny and looked out onto a roof, and the bathroom seemed like stepping back into the 1970s, not exactly the relaxing getaway i was expecting, i expected better for the price.

Underwhelming Stay. Issues Noted

old carpetsbland dining room
I was very disappointed. My room seemed dark, like a basement. The carpets looked old and worn. Also the dining room felt bland. It was not a pleasant experience overall. I also found it unsettling that breakfast was already laid out in the front entrance so late.
