A Grateful Stay

I appreciated the very warm welcome upon arrival and the helpful staff throughout my stay. my queen room benefited from high ceilings and plenty of space, and it included a balcony overlooking the greenery. ample parking was available, and the onsite restaurant was convenient for meals. I was really grateful.
unfortunately, the en-suite bathroom was equipped for a disabled person, and the lowered washbasin was a little inconvenient. the raised toilet seat was also difficult to use. i wish this would have been mentioned before.

The location is near the main dual-carriageway. This makes it an ideal spot for visiting the surrounding area. the hotel has beautiful surroundings and provided a lovely setting for the duration.

The staff were attentive and friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. I felt really well taken care of! the restaurant staff seemed especially helpful. This enhanced the experience.

the breakfast was quite good, i can't complain about the variety.
The bathroom situation was quite annoying. The shower didn't work properly so it was hard to get clean after a long day, very frustrating.

The reception featured a very helpful and professional lady. My room was very comfy and tidy. Breakfast was excellent with many options. I also appreciated the free parking available .
The shower pressure was somewhat low. it was still functional.

convenient ironcold dining roomsubpar food
the provided iron and board in the room proved quite convenient.
The room became uncomfortably hot . I found it impossible to adjust the heating or open the windows sufficiently. additionally , the dining room lacked warmth , which detracted from the dining experience. the food quality was also subpar.
