the staff were helpful and prompt in service.

I booked for one night because of an important meeting. i parked in the hotel's car park. the pedestrian exit door to get to the pavement did not work. We were stuck for over 20 minutes trying to reach reception to report it. when i finally got through, a lady casually strolled over to help. i found this very frustrating.

Really good Service and Spacious Comfort!

The room was quite spacious. The bathroom and toilet were also spacious. I appreciate that! The gym facility was nice! There was very super clean and cozy space in a perfect location. Staff were always very attentive and could not do enough for me, I appreciated that.
