reasonable stay
quick check-in large shower loud music shaking ceiling
check in was quick and easy! the room was immaculate and very spacious. there was a beautiful bathroom with a large shower and plenty of towels! the bedroom came stocked with a tv kettle hair dryer iron and ironing board as well as tea coffee and hot chocolate.
i had the worst nights sleep i've ever had in a hotel. room 323 is directly below the lexington bar, so avoid if possible! loud bass music was played at such a volume that the ceiling and walls were shaking and vibrating.

A Comfortable Stay with Modern Touches
smooth check-in professional staff comfortable bed spacious room
The check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff was really professional. My room had a TV and tea and coffee. The gym being open 24 hours really worked for my schedule. It was a definite plus (especially with my jet lag). The bed was really comfortable and the room felt spacious.
The lobby's proximity to the bar made it a bit too loud for a relaxing experience.

faulty door slow response
the staff were helpful and prompt in service.
I booked for one night because of an important meeting. i parked in the hotel's car park. the pedestrian exit door to get to the pavement did not work. We were stuck for over 20 minutes trying to reach reception to report it. when i finally got through, a lady casually strolled over to help. i found this very frustrating.

Really good Service and Spacious Comfort!
spacious room attentive staff
The room was quite spacious. The bathroom and toilet were also spacious. I appreciate that! The gym facility was nice! There was very super clean and cozy space in a perfect location. Staff were always very attentive and could not do enough for me, I appreciated that.

One staff member went over and above totally. This staff offered to drop off some clothes that I had left behind, amazing service. I appreciate such really good service!

amazing service food choice spacious room
Andy, a staff member, was excellent. I forgot clothing in the wardrobe and contacted the hotel. Andy offered to drop the items off because he planned to visit relatives near my home.
