The grounds present charm. Service happened professionally. A menu seemed fantastic.
I noticed that some communal areas felt sparse. A cohesive feel was missing. I also observed a lack of space for a book on the bedside table.

comfortable bedsewage smellundercooked dish
the room was good and the bed offered comfort.
Our room, pritschet, had a noticeable sewage smell, though staff attributed it to the nearby river this odor was isolated to our room alone. dinner proved to be disappointing. The venison was served raw, cold, and tough to the point of being inedible. a subsequent attempt with pheasant also resulted in a cold, undercooked dish filled with an unidentifiable stuffing.

Really good stay

beautiful gardenscomfortable bedlovely bathroomsspacious bathroom
The building has beautiful gardens I explored. I saw a deer and squirrels driving up. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and included many amenities.
The music system did not work properly and there was total silence in the dining room. It felt awkward during dinner and a portable speaker could have helped.
Rooms
9/10
The room offered a large spacious bathroom with various amenities I found useful. The room also included home made biscuits and good tea coffee making facilities that were welcome. The bed was comfortable.
Service
10/10
The staff helped with transport. They were cute and helpful. The breakfast service was really good. The lady taking breakfast orders was helpful and had a positive attitude.
Dining
9/10
Breakfast had a good choice of options served with a smile. Dishes were delivered quickly within 10-15 minutes. I thought the food displayed passion. Breakfast and dinners were delicious.

The hotel boasts the most serene location I've encountered. The views from the riverbank provide an really good experience. I enjoyed leisurely strolls around the hotel grounds with my dog. It was nice to explore the picturesque riverside surroundings.
The food portions were quite small. The dishes felt overly complicated for the price charged.
