sunday lunch city center friendly staff
The Sunday lunch was excellent. A banquet for four people presented great value. It would be hard to find a better Sunday lunch anywhere! I also appreciate how centrally located it is, being just a short walk from the city center. The staff were friendly. I would stay there again.
There were no plug sockets near the bed, this bothered me!

tiny car park brown carpets
The on-site car park was tiny, and of course full when I got there, typical. I had to park across the road and pay extra, I love that. The carpets were brown and looked ancient, really setting the mood. The TV looked like it was from another decade. No smart features, no streaming, just basic channels. I could barely see anything on it!

the room was spacious. it had a huge bathroom. the bathroom had lots of storage space for toiletries. coat hangers were abundant in the wardrobe.
the hotel car park felt a bit tight.

a stay with some issues
dirty bath inconvenient delay
the staff seemed helpful when i spoke with them.
the bathroom was not clean upon arrival. there was hairs in the bath, so i had to clean it myself. this delay was quite inconvenient.

dusty room tiny car park
The room was quite dusty (i even found dust bunnies under the bed). it really gave the impression that the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. also, the car park was tiny. I ended up having to park quite far away, which wasn't convenient at all. i had to lug my bags a considerable distance. i expect better when i'm paying for a hotel room, especially concerning cleanliness and parking.
