The Inn at Woodhall Spa features 26 en-suite rooms, all refurbished. Family rooms include a king-size bed and a double pull-out sofa bed; additional single beds or travel cots are available for an extra charge. Classic rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi and a Full English breakfast. Superior rooms have a super king-size bed that can split into two single beds and bathrooms with rainfall showers; some include free-standing roll-top baths. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV, telephone, and tea and coffee facilities. Each room provides free toiletries, a wardrobe, an electric kettle, and a carpeted floor.

The 617 Lounge Bar is a restored pub serving a Bar Snacks & Light Bites Menu from 6 pm-9 pm Monday-Friday and 12 pm-9 pm Saturday & Sunday. The Lancaster Bar offers a Lincolnshire Cheese Board. The 617 Restaurant offers meals from the All Day Menu, featuring dishes like the Real Ale Battered Haddock and the Gourmet INN Burger. A Sunday Carvery, available every Sunday 12 pm-4 pm, features locally sourced meats, poultry, and seasonal vegetables, homemade Yorkshire puddings, and crispy roast potatoes. Food is served 12 pm-9 pm daily; the Lancaster Bar is open for coffee and cake from 11 am, with drinks available 11 am-11 pm.
