poor service cold atmosphere
the cleanliness of the building was acceptable.

friendly team great attention needed thing
the team was lovely. every member was warm, friendly, cute. i found such attention to detail. they really thought of everything i needed .
my breakfast ingredients tasted below standard. the mushrooms, tomatoes and beans were low quality. i expected a higher quality breakfast.

I stayed in Black Beauty and found it a fine room. I experienced very nice attention to detail throughout the hotel. Each staff member I encountered was helpful. Dinner was a very good experience and hearty. also elegant.

comfy bed underfloor heating low quality expected standard
i stayed in room 5 , which was beautifully decorated. the bed was super comfy , and the bathroom had underfloor heating.
i felt the breakfast was below the standard i expected. some ingredients seemed of low quality , like the tomatoes and beans.
