The location was GREAT. I found the room quite big enough for one person. The bathroom included a good shower.

The Polar Bear room faces a busy road. The sash windows provide NO sound proofing. I experienced two sleepless nights because of cars and people.

the location was so convenient for exploring. the direct entry system made everything easy and private! i really liked the parking discs provided too.

the room was quite warm, even with the radiator off! the bed had a metal frame. i found it difficult to sleep well.

the staff was helpful, but this is what i expect in a hotel.

the windows in the southsea double room seemed to be single panes. this did not help to isolate sound. i could hear people moving about in the rooms next to mine. footsteps above creaked a lot.
