the breakfast was acceptable with a decent selection (the croissants were surprisingly good).

I found some aspects frustrating. the room felt quite dated and could use an update. also, the noise insulation wasn't great. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms, and it disrupted my sleep of four nights. i hope management addresses this.

Mattress in my room was too firm, requesting a topper from reception did not result in receiving one.

The elevator was a little slow at times. it was operational.

The breakfast hours were too short. It was only available from 8 to 9 am. i arrived just after 9 am and was told i could not have any. also, the location is at the top of a hill away from everything.

The shower was awful. it was barely functional and looked like it was being held together with cable ties, just unacceptable. also, the fire alarm in my room went off every morning. it even happened when i only used deodorant, ridiculous. what a way to start the day. Not relaxing at all!
