super clean roomshelpful staff
My recently upgraded room on the third floor really stood out. A lot of effort was clear. The housekeeping was excellent. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean. I appreciated the newly upgraded space. It was relaxing after my days out. The manager and staff were friendly and helpful to all guests.
The WiFi was a bit patchy at times. This made it difficult to stream videos.

the WIFI signal WAS sometimes weak IN certain areas OF the hotel.
The hotel provided prompt daily cleaning. I appreciated the updated fixtures in the room. The hotel's location is special. It is close to many interesting places that are accessible by buses. The restaurant staff made our anniversary special with a thoughtful gesture, which I thought was really kind.
The lift was slow. I had to wait longer than expected during peak times.

The room included blackout curtains, aiding sleep. Soft linens were provided, and the space was tastefully decorated in a coastal style. I found these details added a touch of charm.

great viewupgraded bathroomstorage space
My room was on the fourth floor, offering great views of the bay (I enjoyed watching the sunrise). The room had plenty of storage space. An upgraded bathroom added a touch of luxury, though I feel a shower curtain would be a better choice than the shower screen.
The refurbishment work caused some noise during the day.
