the staff were amazing! blanca was so attentive at check-in, and on my last day, she gave us towels and a shower room. she even gave us a bottle of water for our journey?! that's fantastic service.

the ac caused all the power to trip, i had to be relocated. also, the room safe wasn't working, quite inconvenient.

the shower was powerful (so refreshing!) and the room felt spacious. the hotel restaurants offered varied menus. lydia at reception was very helpful.

the double bed was two smaller mattresses pushed together.

The room lacked soundproofing. Noise from the hallway was audible. music began playing at 8 a.m. wires were also exposed near the bathroom mirror. requesting an extra bedsheet resulted in receiving a dirty one.
