The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room size was smaller than expected. It felt quite cramped. The noise isolation was poor. I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. This made relaxing difficult.

The location was central. I easily walked to many points of interest! the staff offered quick assistance with directions. the room included coffee and tea making facilities. That helped me start my mornings well.

The lift operation was a bit puzzling at first. I had to ask for assistance.

helpful staff excellent restaurants

The staff was always accessible. They were also very helpful to every guest. The hotel location proved perfect for my city visit. It was very close to some excellent restaurants. (I visited two of them!)

The room was quite small, though it met basic needs.
