The staff were lovely and always ready to help. I thought the restaurants were also AMAZING!!! The reception area was also fantastic.
The pool was closed . This was a disappointment as I was looking forward to a swim. I also found several mosquitos around the bar area. I got bitten quite a few times.

the room had good air conditioning, and that was acceptable.
The room was quite dated and tired. the floor needed a good clean. I noticed mold in the grouting in the shower. the swimming pool outside was filthy. It had dust and scum floating in it. i am disappointed by the lack of cleanliness.
