queen bed window view free parking

The room had a queen size bed which i did not expect. The window view was of Sutton Bank. I found the free parking very handy (it is always a plus).

I noticed the hotel room doors were a little difficult to open and close.

helpful staff clean room wide choice super clean condition

The staff were so helpful, especially with directions. i really appreciated the clean room. It had everything i needed. breakfast was great, i had a wide choice of items and huge portions! i was impressed by the super clean condition of all areas.

the tv had subtitles stuck on, and i couldn't turn them off.

The room was nice and neat. I slept well. breakfast tasted good and was plentiful. I felt ready for the day. leslie at reception was helpful. She answered all my questions.

Our beautiful double room had great space. It was our second time staying there. The location has value as it is a short drive to local attractions. I liked the upgrade, it.

I found the TV a little difficult to operate.

I took advantage of the meal offer and found it a good value. The breakfasts were fabulous. The variety of food was satisfying. Generous portions were offered on both days.
