missing reception desk needed refurbishment

The location was excellent. It was just a short walk from the town center.

There was no cold water from the tap . I found communication with the staff difficult because there was no reception desk. I also found no telephone in the room. Contacting staff was problematic. The room needed refurbishment, particularly noticeable in the shower room.

A good escape

really good breakfast friendly staff

The breakfast was fantastic. It included a great choice. The staff were friendly, polite, and accommodating (a real pleasure to interact with). The lady who showed me to my room was cute. The room had everything i needed.

The toilet seat was very loose. The shower head needs replacing, or at the very least, some descaling. Water pressure in the shower seemed poor.

the staff members were hard working. the building was beautiful.

there was no running COLD water ! it took ages to get hot water. the shower was very cramped. the toilet roll was not topped up fast enough.

convenient location in-room fridge building noise hot room

The location was convenient. It was a short walk to both the town and marketplace. The room included a fridge. This was a nice touch.

The old building created a lot of noise. I could hear doors opening and closing throughout the night. The room was also very hot. This made it difficult to sleep.
