wonderful canal-side retreat
easy arrangement quiet location front drinks restaurant suggestion
I enjoyed my stay. the staff assisted with directions and restaurant suggestions. the hotel arranged a water taxi easily. drinks at the front included a water pistol. It kept the pigeons away. the hotel's location near quiet restaurants was convenient.
The coffee brand at breakfast could be improved. It was a very minor detail.

The staff was very cute. They upgraded my room free of charge. The room was cleaned daily and if I needed an ironing board, it was delivered quickly! The hotel is in a great location. It is nice and quiet, with bars and restaurants nearby.
I was disappointed in the space provided in my room. I booked the suite. The layout downstairs felt cramped. A boat tour was canceled due to insufficient interest. I later found this to be untrue. This lack of transparency was disappointing.

fantastic stay!
easy access useful information quiet canal
i found the hotel so easy to reach from the airport, such a great start! we arrived early and the staff stored our luggage, offering really useful information about the city (i got some nice tips!). the location was amazing because it was on a quiet canal but near shops and restaurants. we enjoyed free water taxi to murano and burano, it was such an very nice day!
my room was on the first floor and i had views of machinery behind the hotel, so the view wasn't great and there were some noises sometimes.

the hotel is in cannergio, a perfect area. it has a quiet atmosphere. the area is close to bars, shops and restaurants, but is also within walking distance to the train station, so it was easy to visit verona and lake garda.

Quiet gem with fine service
attentive personnel breakfast attendant friendly staff prebooked transportation
I appreciated the attentive front desk personnel. They were always ready to assist. The breakfast attendant, Parvaiz, were great to. I also found the cleaning staff to be friendly and thorough! I prebooked transportation, a definite plus since it was my first time here.
The shower was a bit small. I kept bumping into the shower curtains. It was a slight inconvenience.

breakfast variety helpful staff
i appreciated the breakfast buffet , it had a great variety. the staff was very friendly and helpful, they assisted with directions. i found many local eateries within a short walk from the hotel.
the bathroom felt somewhat cramped , especially the shower. it was small and had curtains around , causing water to leak. i think a redesign could improve this.

huge choice fruit selection excellent breakfast back location machinery room
The breakfast selection was excellent. it had a huge choice of breads, cakes and fruit. I didn't bother with cooked food. i needed to leave space for lunch!
the room was all the way at the back of the hotel on the first floor. the view is of some machinery room behind the hotel and there would be some noises occasionally, but not later at night.
