amazing location helpful staff hard beds customer service
The hotel location is amazing. staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted me with travel arrangements and dinner recommendations. the drinks in the bar were the best i had all holiday. the bellini was world class.
The beds were awful. I did not get one good night's sleep. the beds were too hard.

i appreciated the hotel's central situation, very close to major attractions. the staff was helpful with reservations. The rooms provided a comforting space. The bartender helped organize a gondola ride for me.
my stay had a minor inconvenience. the shower sprayed water everywhere, soaking the floor. this made the bathroom slippery. i hope they address this.

my double room had GREAT views. staff were helpful with directions and local tips. breakfast included pastries and fresh fruit. i appreciated the hotel's central location NEAR major attractions.
the elevator was rather slow, sometimes inconvenient.

fantastic stay!
wonderful location comfortable bed dinner reservations delicious breakfast
the hotel is located wonderfully. i walked to the main canal in only a few minutes. the room was nice and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. the staff assisted with dinner reservations at excellent restaurants i wouldn't have found on my own. also, the breakfast was delicious with great accessibility.
the lobby decor wasn't really four-star. some of the furniture felt a little dated.

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the beds had high-quality linens and comfortable pillows, ensuring a restful sleep. we also enjoyed the ample storage space for luggage and personal items.

Acceptable Hotel Experience
convenient location gondola rides pastry selection bathroom layout shower issue early noise
The location was quite convenient, close to major attractions. The hotel offered immediate access to gondola rides, a definite plus. Breakfast provided a reasonable selection of fresh pastries.
The bathroom layout was not ideal. It seemed more suited for disabled use. I encountered issues with the shower. Water sprayed everywhere. I heard noise from garbage collection early each morning.
