the hotel was conveniently located near the train station. this made it easy for us upon arrival. the staff was friendly, and i appreciate their helpfulness. the room had daily housekeeping with cleaning and toiletries refilled.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy. it switched off during the night. The room became uncomfortably warm as a result. i didn't sleep very well.

breakfast was simple, yet it offered all the necessities we needed. it included a small buffet area with fresh pastries, fruit, and coffee. there were several tables available for seating during the morning hours.

the receptionist georgia, was helpful. she provided directions and recommendations for local attractions. staff were polite and very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. the concierge was helpful with luggage storage.

The double room was clean. The bed was large and quite cosy. the room was warm, and the housekeeping came daily. two tiny bags of shampoo were available in the room. no steamer was available.

The hotel location is very close to the train station. I appreciated this proximity with my luggage. The staff seemed kind. The room had a good size and the beds were quite comfortable.

The wifi signal was POOR. It kept dropping connectivity. The front desk didn't give us two key cards, it made things inconvenient.

the room felt basic i think. only one plug socket in the whole room exist, and it was in the bathroom too. air conditioning does not work, it will be activated from may.
