the location was superb for accessing transportation options. the staff kindly arranged a complimentary boat ride to murano. the room had amazing views of the grand canal, it was beautiful.

the hotel's location near the train station proved convenient , especially with luggage. the modern bathroom included a fabulous shower over the bath , which i found quite refreshing. i also appreciated the efficient air conditioning in my room , particularly given the weather.

the breakfast menu lacked variety , requiring extra payment for items beyond the continental selection.

airport access canal view helpful staff noise level insufficient amenities breakfast cost

access from the airport was very convenient. the hotel's proximity to transportation options was great. our room offered a nice canal view and i found the air conditioning effective. the staff was kind and helpful .

the windows provided inadequate soundproofing. noise from the nearby bus station at night was noticeable. i found the lack of sufficient coffee pods in the room inconvenient. breakfast had extra charges, even for simple additions like eggs.
