Really good stay

concierge service lactose-free dishes cute attitude

I appreciated the concierge service. The breakfast featured delicious lactose-free options from the Tekka restaurant which was a plus. I also valued the hotel's cute attitude towards guests with dogs. Staff were super friendly throughout the hotel, in the restaurants and bars.

The outside space felt crowded sometimes.

the room was well-equipped with a large shower and a comfortable bed. the pools were surrounded by grass and trees, offering nice spots for relaxation. i appreciated the short walk to the private beach where i enjoyed drinks at the beach bar!!!

The breakfast offered many selections and tasted great. The room was quite large with comfortable furnishings. I used valet parking which was convenient. The bathroom was also large.

Excellent Stay with Minor Issues

breakfast selection helpful staff

The breakfast buffet offered many selections. Housekeeping kept my room very clean and organized. The reception staff was helpful (especially when I needed directions). The location allowed easy access to both the park and the beach. I walked there every day. The gym was also well-equipped.

I found the outdoor pool area quite crowded. It seemed to be shared with guests not staying at the hotel. This lack of exclusivity detracted from the five-star experience.

My room included a spacious balcony. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower cabin. Solid quality bathroom amenities were provided .

I encountered a few issues . There was also a noticeable lack of staff attention around the pool. I missed having someone take drink orders. I hoped for a more exclusive experience given the hotel's rating.
