fantastic stay, eco-conscious touches!

i loved the location it was an easy walk to the city center and train station the value was amazing much better than similar places around i really appreciated the friendly staff they always had smiles. i was thrilled to see their commitment to sustainability especially the discount for train travelers it's a great incentive.

the bathroom door was a sliding door that did not fully close this made it a bit awkward when sharing the room privacy was slightly compromised because of this detail.

the room was spacious with a contemporary design and very clean surfaces the bed was comfortable and offered great rest after a long day the "green" initiatives were clearly visible and added to the appeal.

staff communication was really good they promptly addressed all my inquiries before and i found them to be very friendly and always willing to assist which added greatly to my overall experience at the hotel.

the hotel enjoys a superb location near key attractions and transit hubs the proximity to both the bus and railway station made arrival and departure seamless it's also within easy walking distance to the city center.

the breakfast offered a really good variety of food there were plenty of options to choose from each morning i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and the availability of local delicacies on offer.

the location was adequate. it allowed easy access to transportation.

The breakfast was a DISAPPOINTMENT. There was clearly a lack of attention to detail in the food preparation. I found a piece of cucumber that tasted strongly of sanitizer. the bread quality was SUBSTANDARD, resembling vacuum-sealed supermarket bread, and the coffee was quite poor.

The hotel is clean and within walking distance of the city center. the main bus station is also close, a short walk making transportation easy. i liked the mini fridge in the room. It was useful. the staff assisted me well.

Soundproofing in the room was poor. I heard noises from other rooms. the tv also froze and shut off often. i felt the amenities should match the price.

torn towelsair conditioning

the room was too warm and i couldn't control the air conditioning like i wanted. they say they're being green, but i really need cold air so i can sleep properly. the towels also had tears all over its edges. i dont think i would stay again.
