lack of air conditioning uncomfortable room

The room was really hot and uncomfortable! we turned off the heating, but there was no air conditioning available, or so we were told. it made it really hard to sleep. I had to keep the balcony door open. it felt quite stuffy, especially for a hotel that charges so much. the lack of air conditioning, uncomfortable room

Wonderful Views and Great Service

The lake views from the balcony were priceless. The breakfast area had large windows, which also overlooked the lake. There was ample free parking available on the hotel for all guests. I found this hotel quiet, thus I had a restful sleep.

The hotel bar closed relatively early and I couldn't get room service after 9:30 PM. This limited my options for late-night snacks and drinks. I find it an inconvenient for a four-star hotel, especially after a long day of traveling or activities.

The reception staff demonstrated really good service. They were quite helpful and responsive! One member and their team were particularly helpful in assisting with coordination to make it a surprise for a proposal. I was thoroughly impressed.

nice hotel diverse pools friendly staff

the hotel included all expected amenities i enjoyed the pool area a lot it featured diverse pools and jacuzzis i found the staff friendly and helpful a receptionist arranged a taxi for me and gave detailed information for postojna gorge.

the hotel did not have adequately functioning air conditioning the fridge did not work well either and the housekeeping could have been better this made the stay slightly less comfortable than i hoped.

the air conditioning was a total joke. it barely cooled the room, and it was stuffy all night. i even complained, but nothing changed. and the wi-fi? forget about it. it was slow! and unreliable. applying, twice.

the receptionist biljana was cute, and the cleaning staff were thorough. free parking for our five-night stay added a special touch. breakfast was abundant, with diverse fruits, vegetables, and many egg dishes, including waffles and honeycomb, and i loved it..

The room was warm. I seemed like the hotel should improve their air conditioning systems for the comfort of future guests.

i liked the breakfast area. it features large windows that overlook the lake. the view was priceless. the hotel also smelled very nice, like a spa. i loved ample parking space and free for all guests.

the pool area is overcrowded on weekends with children.
