I find the staff so friendly. They helped. I could make tea and coffee in my room. It was useful. The reception staff helped with a late checkout. I thought this was very useful and kind.

The room felt a bit dated. It needed a refurbishment to bring it up to scratch. Although the bed felt comfortable, there was an enough amount of electric sockets.

The location was convenient, near the train station. The staff seemed friendly.

The room's cleanliness was subpar. I found plasters on the floor and stains in the shower. The breakfast area did not resemble the photos I saw online. It was disappointing. the air conditioning unit was uncovered and very loud.
