I really enjoyed the location. It was just a short walk to wembley stadium. check-in was quite easy, and the staff was friendly. the room had a fan, so the temperature was manageable. That was thoughtful.

i found that there was no kettle in the room, and i would have appreciated having one for making tea.

my standard double room was adequately sized and included usb wall sockets, very convenient. the bathroom was large and provided bright, clean towels and a bath mat, which i really appreciated after a long day.

The wifi connection was reliable , allowing me to stay connected. there was a water cooler available in reception. It made it easy to refill my water bottle, a thoughtful addition, especially after a concert.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They kept my bags safe post-checkout. its location offered a short walk to wembley stadium which was convenient for me. the atmosphere downstairs featured a great pub.

the door lock didn't feel secure, and improvements would be beneficial. this wasn't a major issue, but enhanced security is always reassuring.

the location was SUPERB for wembley events!!! the staff let me drop off my bags early. they also got my key ready before i headed to the gig. the room was warm and comfortable, a real treat. downstairs, i found a lovely atmosphere. a bar and food!!!

the room had only one pillow, which wasn't ideal.
