the hotel's proximity to hounslow central tube station was very convenient. the room was clean and provided good value. staff were consistently helpful throughout my stay, assisting with directions and other requests. i also appreciated the complimentary access to the sauna.

i did notice a slight chlorine smell in the hallway on the way to my room.

I tried to extend my stay. i could not get a decent price and i was genuinely falling asleep.

The service was amazing. staff assisted with my luggage and made every effort to ensure my comfort. What a romantic gesture! the location near the metro station made travel very easy.

the gym was there, but it just didn't feel inviting. i felt it could benefit from some tlc and new equipment for a modern stay.

The reception staff, particularly Meena, provided excellent support. She really helped when I asked for a good room. The decor was appealing. I found the bed quite comfortable.

The lift was not working for a couple of days . This was inconvenient. The water was also out for a couple of hours on one day.

the hotel offered convenient access to the tube station. this made commuting relatively straightforward.

The room i was assigned initially had a faulty air conditioning system. it was not rectified promptly, causing significant discomfort throughout the first night. Its a very poor showing.
