i enjoyed the gym. it had all the equipment i needed. the buggy service worked reliably. i liked the hotel shuttle service to the nearby town. it made going out for dinner easy.

the hotel is near a village. i could easily walk there, it took only about ten minutes. i liked the abundance of beaches and trails i could explore nearby. the area felt magical.

i found i had to chase things . this became a recurring theme. this inconvenience impacted my overall experience.

a wonderful, relaxing escape

the setting is amazing with views across to nearby islands. the resort team went out of their way to ensure a relaxing stay. breakfast offered a varied selection with tasty sweet treats. the grounds are beautifully maintained and the two swimming pools are chilled with comfy sun-beds.
the hotel is near the end of the season, and the spa had no availability for a couples treatment. the yoga teacher had left. the hotel food menu was limited to lunch options even in the evening. i was left disappointed.

I enjoyed the tennis court. Villa was clean. It had glorious views of the bay. Breakfast featured a wide choice, including traditional Greek treats. I also enjoyed a game of tennis before the day grew hot.
Our rooms are tired and very dark. The layout does not work. You can't open the terrace doors fully because of the bedside table. It is on the way.

The main pool area has an excellent menu. Staff cared for us very well. Breakfast service continued until 11am! so it was civilized.
Bathrooms were small. The safe in the room was not easy to use. There were no room darkening curtains. Only shutters were on the outside of the door and window.
