charmed by the attentive service

i liked the excellent breakfast selection. it had many fresh fruits and in house baked bread. the hotel facilities were excellent with fantastic pools. the pools are large and clean. the hotel also has lots of staff available to help.

i noticed the gym is small. there was one weights bench. realistically the gym will not accommodate more than four people at once. the equipment could be improved. i also noticed that the hotel massages are extortionate.

the staff were very kind and ready to satisfy every wish. special thanks go to the director who took care of everything we asked. the staff were very smart friendly and wanted to please guests.

the hotel had excellent breakfast and dinner with thematic nights. gluten free care was provided by the chef as well as the pastry chef. there was lots of choice and all dishes were fresh and very tasty.

the adult only pool needs better enforcement there were often children using it despite it being designated for adults only staff did not intervene unless someone complained directly this created some unpleasant situations one morning a guest became quite aggressive when asked to move her child to another pool breakfast was also disappointing waiting for coffee was often too long and when it arrived it was subpar the food quality did not match expectations set by similar hotels

The hotel location was great with a short walk to the resort. the food was enjoyable and varied. i stayed half board and enjoyed breakfast and the evening meal. Fresh food and tasty. the room had comfortable amenities with a view of the large swimming pool.

the breakfast had plenty of options for everyone. i found a comfortable room with a sea view (i stayed in suite 1). the airport transfers were private and the welcome at check-in was warm (a smooth arrival).

the gym was small with minimal equipment. i noticed the transfer services were overpriced. the spa services seemed scarce due to minimal staff (hard to get an appointment).
