The hotel uses organically grown produce and offers Farm to Table dining. A traditional Greek breakfast is served on the terrace of the main restaurant, overlooking the pool and gardens. Homemade lemonade, produced with the natural juice of the Castelli farm's lemon trees, is on the drinks menu.

Boats from Laganas visit Marathonisi, where Caretta Caretta sea turtles lay their eggs. Frequent bus service to Zakynthos Town from Laganas center.
