the hotel sits right on the nile. the sprawling gardens are just so beautiful and create a peaceful vibe. the swimming pools seem very relaxing, with plenty space for everyone. i noticed the breakfast had many options to choose from.
some furnishings in the room looked a little dated, but it didn't effect my visit much.

staff offered a warm welcome and made sure check-in was fast. every worker seemed attentive and greeted me with a smile. their kindness enhanced my stay a lot.

the location is excellent, right on the nile. the hotel is away from the main street, so no car noises. views from the rooms were amazing. it really was like a tranquil escape.

warm roominflated prices
the air conditioning barely worked i set it to the coldest setting but the room remained uncomfortably warm it was hard to sleep. the food prices felt inflated particularly bottled water it seemed like they were taking advantage of guests that felt frustrating. i think the hotel should address these issues to improve guest experience.

the bathroom handle came off sometimes. it WAS annoying.
