smooth check-in nile view made-to-order dishes inattentive service eager carers poor breakfast
The check-in process was quick and easy. The receptionist explained the payment details. The breakfast area had a view of the Nile, it was a major plus. The offerings included continental breakfast and made-to-order items.
The pool bar service was not attentive. Staff often stood behind the bar. They didn't check to offer food. The eagerness of the spa staff was more noticeable. They regularly circled to drum up business.

The resort was very beautiful. The staff was helpful. Sandy was especially friendly. The rooms had traditional decor. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were functional.
The wifi did not connect, even after multiple tries. When I called the numbers provided, no one answered. It took almost an hour for someone to arrive. He showed me that the information sheet was incorrect.

The team was friendly from my arrival. The front desk assisted me, and my room was ready quickly. My breakfast included international and local options. The selection was perfect for me.
I found hagglers outside. They created some disturbance. I had issues with the room cards. Both stopped working one day and it was difficult to re-enter my room.

a nile dream
nile view sprawling gardens relaxing swimming pools many options
the hotel sits right on the nile. the sprawling gardens are just so beautiful and create a peaceful vibe. the swimming pools seem very relaxing, with plenty space for everyone. i noticed the breakfast had many options to choose from.
some furnishings in the room looked a little dated, but it didn't effect my visit much.

staff offered a warm welcome and made sure check-in was fast. every worker seemed attentive and greeted me with a smile. their kindness enhanced my stay a lot.

the location is excellent, right on the nile. the hotel is away from the main street, so no car noises. views from the rooms were amazing. it really reminded me of a tranquil escape.

warm room inflated prices
the air conditioning barely worked i set it to the coldest setting but the room remained uncomfortably warm it was hard to sleep. the food prices felt inflated particularly bottled water it seemed like they were taking advantage of guests that felt frustrating. i think the hotel should address these issues to improve guest experience.

I enjoyed my stay. the location is great for visiting local sites. the italian restaurant, nino's, was a special treat. i especially liked eltayeb, our host. He was great.
the hotel needs a better gym (i was told it no longer exists).

i stayed in the superior king nile view. my room had a magnificent view of the nile river. the hotel staff was always very helpful. the room was clean and well maintained.
the bathroom handle came off sometimes. it WAS annoying.
