The food selection was diverse. I enjoyed multiple dining options each day. Beach service included prompt towel placement and drink delivery. This made relaxation easy. Our room upgrade offered a much better view. This happened without us even requesting it. I greatly appreciated the staff's consistent attention and willingness to help.
The room decor seemed a little dated, however, it was always very clean.

The hotel grounds are very beautiful. The coral reef is just off the beach, and snorkeling is free. Family bicycles are also available without charge. I loved the cute and helpful staff, also.
The reception area reeked of cigarette smoke. This made a bad first impression on arrival and was bothersome for those sensitive to smells. The disco bar lacked hot drinks, and many advertised cocktails were unavailable. This was disappointing, as I had to fetch hot drinks from another bar myself.

I really loved how clean the resort was. i noticed staff paid close attention to cleaning the inside areas and outside too! mr mohamed, the pool bar manager, was so friendly. He offered such great service. he was always smiling, a genuinely great guy with true hospitality skills.
the air conditioning in my room was super noisy. it really made it hard to get a peaceful night's sleep.

The resort includes many restaurants, offering diverse food options. Friendly staff are available. The resort provides family bicycles . A boat travels to the beach allowing you to explore the lagoon.
The animation team seems to lack experience. I noticed the table tennis ball was broken. Darts were unavailable at the darts board.
