i was happy to find the staffs were all kind. they always smiled. the food was great, a good surprise! all inclusive was the best perk, covering everything from tasty food to refreshing drinks. beach and pool access.

i encountered a slight hiccup with our room upon arrival. it was quickly fixed the next morning. the rooms are definitely in need of an upgrade, so prepare for that. i found our room a bit dark even with all the lights on.

the multiple food options really met my expectations and i loved all the choices. the staff were so friendly and very helpful. the swim up bar located in the huge pool area made afternoons extra charming, i enjoyed some lovely cocktails.

I found that the gym hours were a bit limited. It was hard to fit in a workout with my schedule.

the hotel features multiple pools perfect for swimming. i noticed there is a private beach area with plenty of sun loungers. starbucks is available on site so you can grab your favourite drink.

The staff consistently showed politeness and courtesy, i always felt very welcome. mr reda, the customer manager. He ensured everything went well.

the beautiful room was spacious and tidy, i felt very comfortable there. the furniture felt modern and stylish so that was a lovely surprise. the bed was comfy enough i felt well-rested.

the beach was beautiful with clear water perfect for swimming. the gardens were well maintained (i especially loved the flowers). the hotel location was very convenient, close to both the airport and local shops.

the rooms looked a little old with outdated furniture. the bathroom ventilation was poor (i noticed some unpleasant smells). the air conditioning in the room was quite noisy and disrupted my sleep.
