spacious rooms excellent food

The rooms were spacious. There were many restaurants offering various dining options. The buffet had many choices and everything tasted fresh. Mahara Restaurant provided a great dining experience with excellent food.

The gym equipment could benefit from modernisation.

excellent resort experience

large pool convenient location clear water

I appreciated the main pool. It was large and elegant. the location was convenient. the all-inclusive package provided good options. finally, the adults-only restaurant marrakech was really good. the dining options offered excellent variety. the beach had soft sand and crystal-clear water. we loved spending time there.

there was no hot water. It was very inconvenient. several calls and a long walk to reception were necessary before the staff acknowledged the problem. the weather was cold, and this made the lack of hot water much worse. the staff didn't seem to care much about resolving the problem.

the main pool had a fantastic size and design, offering plenty of space for swimming and relaxation. there were multiple restaurants with varied cuisines, like the adults-only marrakech, made dining very enjoyable.

the staff was professional, especially mr zaki at reception, who facilitated a smooth check-in. mr mohamed taha also gave excellent service during my entire stay. i found this level of support very helpful, we loved the attentiveness.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. the air conditioning worked well. the pools were large and clean. I liked the heated pool.

The towels seemed quite old and faded. They definitely need replacing. the shower water wasn't always hot. It was often lukewarm. the staff occasionally pestered me to exchange currency from their tips.
