Really good Service and Fine Views

accessible hotelamazing staffheated pool
I was happy this hotel is quite accessible. The staff are amazing. They did everything they could for us , even without tipping , I preferred to tip at the end. The hotel has a walkway into sea for snorkeling. I also enjoyed heated pool area.

The rooms are spacious. Each room contains a kit with shampoo etc. very convenient. Bed was very comfortable , so I always had a good night's sleep.

I found the beach to be super clean. The swimming pools were also very clean. i enjoyed the water slides. They seemed perfect from start to finish. the whole place felt well organised. It was easy to relax knowing everything was looked after.
I found that the main pools were not usable. They reminded me of ice baths. management did not switch the heated main pool on. i thought that the hotel had hardly any waiters to serve drinks.
