loud air conditioningbuffet food

the air conditioning in the room struggled, i will say. it were loud. the mini bar wasn't always restocked properly. this weren't great after a hot day. the food in the buffet restaurant seemed alright at first but the quality were often disappointing. i experienced some cross contamination in the main restaurant. some chefs held their phones, touched raw meat then salad without changed gloves.

The hotel offered perfect service upon arrival. Cleanliness was obvious throughout. I found the all-inclusive food and beverage options to be good. I definitely plan to return.

Sales representatives approached guests near the sunloungers, constantly seeking to sell excursions. This was somewhat bothersome. It disrupted relaxation around the pool.

The staff are attentive. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Our room, a double room garden view, had all the amenities we required. I found the food quality to be good with enough choice at the buffet.

I did find the entertainment options to be limited. There were not a lot of activities available. This resort could benefit from more daytime programming.
