a mixed bag of experiences

Okay, so the hotel has a few things it needs to sort out. first off, the rooms seriously look tired. i mean, they need a good refresh. also, the cleaning wasn't the best. We often found we were short on towels. and dont get me started on the entertainment. The shows were repetitive and just plain dull. not exactly setting the bar high.

The food was excellent. I enjoyed the great choice and quality. Breakfast venues offered an excellent choice. The drinks service at the pool was great. The Par 3 9 hole golf course was in excellent condition with helpful staff. I found the golf tuition great!

The room could have benefitted from a bit more natural light.

i adored how clean my beautiful room was the towels were so soft the bed was plush i always felt rested after a night's sleep the pools were amazing with so many different shapes and depths the poolside service was attentive i never had to wait long for a refreshing drink the various restaurants served wonderful food especially the sky restaurant it offered such good dishes.

the gym could use an update some equipment was worn i noticed the beach was a bit far i preferred staying by the pool instead the shows ended a bit too early i would have loved a longer evening performance.

reception staff told us we had to pay an extra amount for my granddaughter because she was over 11. we refused to pay it. a manager told us to go to the room for the night and it will be sorted tomorrow.

This hotel proved a great choice for families seeking activity. staff members are consistently friendly. They remain helpful and cute, a detail that enhanced our stay . the pools and aqua park became a daily highlight, especially for the kids. our family found the room comfortable, and the regular cleaning ensured a fresh and pleasant environment throughout our stay.

i noticed the brand of wine included in the all-inclusive package did not quite meet my personal preference.
