i loved the food VARIETY. my son has allergies, and the hotel provided ample options for him. daily room cleaning was perfect. the aqua park and kids club kept everyone entertained. i bought everything i needed at the on-site shops at good prices.

the check-in process was long.

i found the food to be AMAZING!!! there were plenty of options at every meal. everything was fresh and displayed beautifully. the staff was genuinely eager to help. mohamed taher showed kindness and professionalism, and ahmed created beautiful towel art.

still, the room required some minor updates. it did not significantly affect my stay, but i noted it.

the staff consistently offered assistance. staff members reserved sun beds with fresh towels daily. ibrahim provided excellent service. gamal mohamed delivered a warm welcome.

Lovely Stay, A Grateful Guest's Perspective

amazing vacation smiling staff super clean room helpful cleaner

I recently enjoyed an amazing vacation at this resort. The staff members were always smiling and eager to assist. I specifically thank Mohamed in the sports bar. His drinks and service were AMAZING!!! Our room was super clean, spacious, and comfortable. Mahmoud, our cleaner, was very helpful and polite.

I found that some areas, such as the dessert corner, could have offered slightly more variety. it was a minor issue in an otherwise great experience.

The restaurants provided great food with wide variety. Gamila, right on the sea, offered wonderful breakfast and lunch. The Mongolian grill became a favorite for dinner. Samer always gave a big smile there.

The resort features multiple pools, including a waterpark and infinity pool. The beach was clean. Jumping off the end of the jetty was great fun. Water shoes are useful because it is rocky along the edges.

The breakfast was perfect with friendly staff like Mr Araby.

I found bad and slow response at check-in. I booked a room with twin beds, but got a room with a king size bed instead. It also had a water leak from the conditioner, annoying.

fantastic holiday destination

complimentary upgrade heated pool great service wide variety

mr badr gave me a complimentary room upgrade. he checked in regularly so i had a perfect stay. the heated pool was excellent. service was great and the staff was always available. the food has a wide variety.

the air conditioning in the bars and restaurants was lacking. the vic pub was never open during my entire stay. the manager said that it didn't open till after 11 pm. i went in numerous times and nobody was serving at the bar.
