the breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods , and the taste was acceptable.

the air conditioning in the room broke every day , requiring me to contact reception for a technician. the hotel did not have a beach area for swimming without risk of drowning. the sea became deep immediately at 8 meters , so i had to go to another beach away from the hotel.

i stayed at this hotel for six nights. the rooms were clean and spacious with air conditioning. the hotel has its own beach area where you can swim and snorkel. free shuttle trips to local places was available.

the food could see improvement on choices, it was very limited. long lines sometimes formed for food and dining area. the area for evening events felt small when the hotel was full.

the shuttle service from the reception to all parts of the hotel operates regularly. cleaning each day of the rooms was really good. staff moved sunbeds and adjusted umbrellas.

The food wasn't great (honestly, it tasted like reheated leftovers most days). the variety was disappointing. I expected more from a supposed five-star place. the themed nights didn't help much. The food was the same, just with one themed dish. the drinks were also a letdown since everything was unbranded. i really wanted a decent cocktail, but had to pay extra each time.
