fresh towels comfortable temperature

I stayed in a standard room. the air conditioning worked perfectly. The room temperature was always comfortable. daily room cleaning included fresh towels and water bottles!!!

Charming Hotel with Excellent Service!

I found the staff helpful and friendly. The room was always kept super clean and fresh towels were provided daily. The cleaning service was really good! I enjoyed the variety of pools available, all very clean and well kept, especially liked having so many options for a refreshing swim. The aquapark was a standout, I spent hours enjoying the slides.

The hotel offers multiple pools, and there is also a water park. The main pool had plenty of sunbeds. I also appreciated the availability of towel service. There are also many bars for refreshments.

Staff members were very great, and they ensured a comfortable stay. The housekeeping team was particularly thorough. I was very pleased with their dedication! The bar staff was also very quick. The drinks were well-prepared and served promptly.

unclean room leaky shower

the service at the pool was acceptable.

The room was not clean . i had to request fresh towels. Sometimes, they were not changed daily. furthermore the shower leaked into the hallway. This created a safety hazard and was inconvenient.
