I admire excellent service from the staff. Rooms includes daily tidy service. I found them quite proper. Pools are big, offering separate areas for adults and kids. I noticed a special effort to keep the facilities clean.

The main dining area gets crowded during peak hours. The noise level rises. It is sometimes difficult to find a quiet spot. More seating is needed to accommodate all guests comfortably.

The resort offered UNLIMITED food and drinks around the clock. This. Entertainment and activities were abundant. We took a boat excursion to Orange Bay Island. The staff were friendly and always met our needs.

We were stuck inside for ten minutes. I notified the receptionists. This seemed normal to them, but my children and I were terrified.
