mixed feelings about the stay

total mess language barrier

the grounds are actually pretty well maintained. this does make the resort quite pretty. it is a positive.

Check-in was a total mess. upon arrival, i was ushered into a conference room with other people who only spoke russian. i was english so i had no idea what was going on. after being ignored, i asked to check in, they said to walk down to the beach to find the room. No one walked us to the room to show us where it was.

the grounds were nicely maintained. the gardeners were always working to keep the place looking good.

i was massively disappointed. our premium room had two single beds, even though i booked a double. every morning, finding a sunbed became a battle (such a pain), with people leaving towels out to reserve them so early. (honestly, this is a basic thing!).
